Standard Program

Every product purchased from Cogniview comes with a standard lifetime email support guarantee. You can contact our support team with any questions you have at support@cogniview.com. Queries are answered within 24 hours (usually much less).


Update Program

Joining the update program entitles you to receive every update of the product you purchased (including major version releases). The cost of the upgrade program is 15% of the price of the items covered in the program, paid anually.


Premium Program
