Cogniview provides free technical assistance for the following situations:
In order to send us a PDF file so we can build a "extraction layout" for you, just attached it to an e-mail message addressed to convert@cogniview.com.
If at any point, after installing our evaluation product, you:

Started working but you are not sure what you should do in order to finish extracting the data.

We provide unlimited free help via mail. So if you have any question regarding our products, mail us at support@cogniview.com
Important Note: In order to assist you with a problem regarding a specific file we will need a copy of that file. Please attach the file you wish to convert to the email. We promise not to make any use of that file and to delete it immediately after we finish helping you.
We also provide paid technical support when it's required.
For instance, we can help you convert your files and reports into usable formats, provide mini-training sessions or provide you with a pre-made report layout.
Technical assistance is provided via phone, email or online application usage (WebEx or VNC) when pre-arranged.
