All you have to do is to send us an email within 30 days from the purchase date and we will send you a check/money order with your money back. If you would like to tell us what went wrong with your purchase, we will appreciate it, as it will help us to better understand your needs and expectations and those of future customers, but it is not whatsoever a condition for you to get your refund.

If you decide to upgrade your product to a higher edition within 30 days since purchase, you will only need to pay the difference in price from the edition you bought to the edition you’d like to upgrade to. Just email sales@cogniview.com with your receipt details and we will gladly help you upgrade.
We will gladly accept you again as a customer. If you decide to return a product, please allow 30 days for the bill cycle to archive your previous purchase and we will welcome you on-board (again).
