Shlomo Bezem is a founder and C.E.O of Tzunami Inc. a global enterprise software vendor specializing in large scale ECM modernization and content migration. Formally he founded Five-Rings Ltd., a consultancy firm spcializing in managerial strategy, which focuses on the high tech industry, I.T., publishing and electronic publishing industries. Bezem served as C.E.O. of C.D.I systems Ltd. (1992-1995) and CEO at Mega Consultants Ltd. (1984-1987) and held other positions in Dan & Bradstreet (Israel) and other market research firms.

Mr. Yoav Ezer - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Cogniview, Mr. Ezer was CEO of Nocturnus Ltd, a software company focused on the delivery of technology-centered software solutions. Yoav also held several technological and command positions in MAMRAM (The Israeli Army Computer Corp.).

Ms. Hadar Kadar - Senior VP, Customer Care

Prior to joining Cogniview, Ms. Kadar was an executive assistant at ATSI - Advanced Training Systems International where she was responsible for the American - Israeli coordination in a project for the refurbishment and transportation of 13 jet aircraft. Prior to that Ms. Kadar was VP of human resources in Hilton Israel (Beer Sheva Branch). Ms. Kadar holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Public and Tourism Management from the Ben-Gurion University.
