PDF2XL has the following requirements for operation:

Microsoft Word™ and Excel™ ¹		Office 97	Office 2000, XP, 2003 or 2007

1 - If Microsoft Office is not installed, PDF2XL will still work, but the conversion will be limited to non-Office formats, like Clipboard, CSV and OpenDocument Spreasheet.

No PDF display application (like Adobe Reader) is necessary for PDF2XL.
