Advanced Settings Page
This page is one of the pages in the Settings dialog.

This page allows you to change the advanced settings of the PDF2XL application.
Checking this option will result in displaying of handles on the divider lines of the table layout:

Checking this option will change the table layout display when in the regular editing mode to show row dividers:

as opposed to the display when unchecked (which is the default state):

The row dividers are not draggable in this mode; when in the Row and Cell Table Editing mode, the row dividers are always visible, and can be dragged to change the row height.
Toggle showing font attributes - size, color, italic, bold and type - in the output preview area. Note that the output will only use the font attributes if the current output format can and is set to convert using the font attributes in the Output settings page.
This option sets the direction in which the text selection is extended when the user selects more then one line.
If this option is set to 'Left-to-Right', the selection will extend from the selection starting point to the right until the end of the line, then from the left of the next line until the end selection point; this is used for Left-to-Right languages (which is the way most of the languages are written).
If this option is set to 'Right-to-Left', the selection will extend from the selection starting point to the left until the end of the line, then from the right of the next line until the end selection point; this is used for Right-to-Left languages (for example, Hebrew or Arabic).
If this option is set to 'Automatic' (the default), the selection direction will be set by analysing the first word in the selection. If it contains Hebrew or Arabic letters, the selection will be extended Right-to-Left; otherwise, it will be extended Left-to-Right.
This setting defines the way the Automatic Table Detection is performed.
This setting defines the default range of pages for the manual automatic table detection operation. You can set it to either detect tables on the current page, go over all the pages in the document, or to ask you which pages to perform the process on.
If the Ask me each time box is checked, the Select Automatic Detection Pages Dialog will be display, with the selected range from the settings page as the default setting.
If the box is not checked, the automatic detection process will be performed immediately, unless Page Range was specified, in which case the Select Automatic Detection Page Range dialog will be displayed before the detection takes place.
If the check box is set, PDF2XL will use the divider finding algorithm to find and ignore horizontal dividers. The algorithm uses only characters from the list when calculating the horizontal dividers.
If the check box is set, PDF2XL will use the divider finding algorithm to find and ignore vertical dividers. The algorithm uses only characters from the list when calculating the vertical dividers.
If the check box is set, PDF2XL will ignore blocks of consecutive periods (i.e., will not use them to recognize tables or convert them). The user can set the limit of consecutive periods (it is recommened to be at least four, as three consecutive periods is an ellipsis and should probably be kept).
If this setting is set, PDF2XL will automatically use the Multiple Layouts mode when opening a PDF file.
This setting is used to select the default in the Clear Layout dialog, when the user selected the Clear Layout command in Multiple Layouts mode.
This setting can be used to change the minimal distance between words which PDF2XL will consider a space; setting it to narrower will ensure getting a space in the output even when the words are close together, while setting it to wider will combine parts of words even if they do not touch.
