Fields Converted Once
Fields that are not attached to tables (i.e., not set to Every Line, Every Page or With Table in their Conversion Settings) will be converted into a separate table (in case of Converting into multiple sheets), or into a separate area (in case of single sheet conversion). By default, the fields data will be converted before the tables data, but using the Output Settings, the user can change the location of this area or sheet.
The user can also change the name of the fields table (which defaults to 'Fields'). If the converted document has multiple layouts, each layout's fields will be converted into a separate table, unless the user has changed the name of the fields table to a common (and not the default!) name. In such a case, the fields converted once will be added together into a single sheet or area.
Additionally, if there are two fields with the same name, only the first data found in such a field will be converted. All untitled fields will be converted anyway, unless no data is found inside them.
