Layout Menu

Runs the Automatic table detection process.
Clears the layout from the currently displayed PDF file. If the document is in Multiple Page Layouts mode, the user will be asked to clear either this page layout or the whole document's layout. This command allows the user to start with a clean slate. Only available if at least one PDF file is loaded and if the page layout is not empty (i.e., a table or at least one field has already been marked upon it).
Loads a table layout from a layout file. Will display the Load Layout Dialog.
Saves the current table layout to a layout file. Will display the Save Dialog.
Loads a table layout from another PDF file. Will display the Select Layout From File dialog.
Only available if least one PDF file is loaded.
Toggles the Multiple Page Layouts mode.
Toggles the Output Settings display in the Preview area.
Returns the Output Settings to the default ones.
Displays the Excel Macro dialog, allowing you to set a macro to be run when a conversion to Excel is finished.
Copies the current page layout to the clipboard, from which it can be pasted using the Paste Layout command. Only available if the current page layout is not empty.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+C.
Replaces the current page layout with the one from the clipboard. Only available if a layout was copied to the clipboard using the Copy Layout command.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+V.
Displays the Copy Layout From Page dialog. Only available when in Multiple Page Layouts mode.
