Undo

Undo the last change; for example, if a column width has been changed, the layout will be reset so the column is back where it was before the change. Note that the name of the change to be undone appears in the command.
Only available when at least one change has been performed on the current PDF file's layout.
Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Backspace, Ctrl+Z.

Redo

Redo the last undone change. Only available when at least one change has been undone, and no new changes has been performed afterwards. Note that the name of the change to be redone appears in the command.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Y.

Copy

When in Text Selection mode, copies the selected text into the clipboard.
When in other modes, copies the currently selected table's layout into the clipboard
Can be used only when a PDF file is displayed and in Text Selection mode, and when some text is selected, OR when a part of a table (column, row or cell) is selected in any other mode.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+C.

Paste

Pastes a previously copied table into the current page.
Can only be used when at least only PDF file is loaded, and when not in Text Selection mode.

Find...

Used to find text in the PDF file. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.
This command displays the Find dialog.
Can be used only when a PDF file is displayed and in Text Selection mode.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+F.

Find Next

Finds the next occurrence of the text searched for in the previous Find command. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.
Can be used only when a PDF file is displayed and in Text Selection mode.
Keyboard shortcut: F3.

Table Creation mode

Sets the Tables Creation mode for the application. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.

Field Creation mode

Sets the Fields Creation mode for the application. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.

Text Selection mode

Sets the Text Selection mode for the application. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.

Enable Row and Cell Editing

Toggles the Row and Cell Table Editing mode. When this mode is on, editing table layout has more options; for example, setting row dividers and merging cells.

Mark Title

Enters the Mark Title mode for the currently selected table or field. While in Mark Title mode, clicking-and-draging a selection around text on the document will set the title for the currently selected table or field.
If the Stay in title selection mode option is not set, PDF2XL will stop the mode after the title is selected, otherwise a new table or field can be selected by clicking on them and the process continued.

Copy Table Title from Previous Table

Sets the title of the current table to the title of the previous table. The previous table is the one before it in the tables list (i.e., to the left and up on the same page, or the last on the previous page).
Note that if the previous table is on the same page, the user will be asked to change the table title, as two tables on the same page cannot have the same title.

Displays the Settings dialog.
