Table of Contents Operations Table Conversion Marking Multiple Tables

Marking Multiple Tables

Some documents contain more then one table per page. If you wish to convert data from more then one table at once, PDF2XL allows marking more then one table per page.
Note that the layout of the page (including all of the tables) will be kept throughout the document (unless the Multiple Page Layouts mode is set).

When using the Table Creation mode, you can mark another table area easily by clicking and dragging the cursor over the table, just as was done for the first table.
Note that tables cannot overlap: if you click inside an existing table, it will be selected; if you try to drag the cursor over an area that is already assigned to a field or a table, the new table will stop at the edge of the existing one.

More information about marking and changing the table area can be found at Marking Table Area

If your document contains two tables which you wish to merge (for example, in different locations in two separate pages, or a continued table in the same page), you can do it simply by giving them the same title. More information about naming a table is available under Setting a Table's Title.
