Find Dialog

This dialog is used to search the currently displayed PDF file (and as such, it will only be available when at least one PDF file is loaded). You can type in a search string in the Find what box, select a search direction (up or down) and set the Match case check mark if you do not wish to ignore the letter case when searching.
The document will be searched from the previous search location onwards (or from the top, if there have been no previous search) for the requested text. If found, the document will be put in Text Selection mode and the text will be selected; if not found, the computer will beep to indicate so.
Note that the Find dialog will stay visible so you can search again, until you close it via the Cancel button or the [X] button.
The Find dialog is displayed when you select the Find command from the Edit menu, or press the <Control>+F shortcut (by default).
You can search for the same text in the same direction again even if the Find dialog is closed by selecting the Find Again command from the Edit menu, or by pressing the F3 key on the keyboard (by default).
