Adding (Splitting) a column
Adding a column is performed by splitting an existing column.
To split a column, do the following:
- Select the column you want to split by clicking on the data area of the column (as shown below):

Note: The real table has two separate columns (State of origin and State of destination) but the PDF2XL table has them identified as one column. You can see that when looking at the conversion preview area (as shown below):

- Using the mouse, right click on the selected column in the place you want the separator, and select Split Here from the resulting menu (as shown below):

(you can also use the Split command from the Selection Menu, which will split the column into two equal parts).
- If needed, after splitting the column move the new column border to the proper location (see changing column area)
Continue to Checking if table will be exported correctly.
