Customer Information

This step requires you to enter the user information. This information will not be used by Cogniview in any manner, and will not be sent to us or to anybody else; it is only used internally by the application.

Enter your name in the User Name box, and your company name in the second box. If you haven't purchased the product for a company, you can leave this box blank.

If PDF2XL should be available to all the users of this computer, select the first radio button; if it should only be available to you, select the second radio button.
