Online Activation Error Page

This page will be displayed when the Online Activation has encountered an error.

Note that an error in the Activation Process can occur due to the following reasons:

  • The computer is not connected to the internet
  • The computer's or network's firewall doesn't allow the Activation Wizard to connect to Cogniview's activation server
  • Cogniview's activation server isn't working
  • One of the payment details (provided in the Payment Details Page) isn't correct
  • The purchased product has already been activated on another computer

You should first check if the payment details are correct, by pressing the <Back> button to return to the Payment Details Page.

If the details are correct and the problem still continues, you can try to use the Website Activation method by clicking on the <Next> button.

If your computer is not connected to the internet, or Cogniview's website is not accessible due to firewall settings, you can use one of the Manual Activation methods by clicking on the <Activate By E-Mail or Fax> button.

Activate By E-Mail or Fax button

Clicking this button will display the Activation Key Request Method Page.

Clicking on this link will open your E-Mail client application and provide you with a template of an E-Mail to us. You can use this mail to provide us with details about the activation problem, if any.

Next button

The Next button will open your default browser and display the Activation Key page; it will also move to the Activation Key Input Page so you can copy the key from the browser to the wizard. See Website Activation for details.

Back button

The Back button will move to the Payment Details Page.

Cancel button

The Cancel button will cancel the Activation Procedure. Note that the product cannot be used without activating it.

Help button

The Help button will display this help page.
