Manual Activation Error Page

This page is displayed when the Manual Activation didn't succeed.

This can occur if one of the payment details is incorrect, or if the Activation Key provided in the Activation Key Input Page was wrong. If this occurs, you can send us an E-Mail requesting assistance, but first you should probably try to see if there was a mistake in the payment or activation details.

Press the button to go back to the Activation Key Input Page and check the contents of the fields against the Activation Key. If there's a mistake, correct it and try to activation the product again by pressing the button. If the Activation Key is the same as the one provided to you, you can go back to the Payment Details Page by pressing <Back> twice and check if the details there are correct.
If all the details are correct and the activation still fails, please send us an E-Mail via the link on the page.

Back button

The Back button will move to the Activation Key Input Page.

Cancel button

The Cancel button will cancel the Activation Procedure. Note that the product cannot be used without activating it.
