Word Clipboard conversions

PDF2XL OCR also supports converting data into Microsoft word. The process is very simple:

1. Mark the table data.
2. Select the Convert to clipboard as Microsoft Word Table from the drop-down menu of the Convert Menu in the Standard Toolbar.
3. Open a Word document and press Ctrl-V or use the Paste command from the Edit menu. This will paste the table data into the word document as shown below.

Note: if you want to extract data from multiple pages into word. It is advised to first extract it to Excel and then copy all the data to word at once.
