PDF2XL OCR Online Help
Table of Contents User Interface Toolbars
Toolbars
A toolbar is a bar containing a list of commands in button form for quick access. A toolbar can also display the command's text (or just the command's text, if so desired). In PDF2XL OCR, you can even insert a menu into the toolbars.
The application also has a Menu bar displaying the menus, and a Status Bar displaying the application help messages and various status notifications.
There are five application-provided toolbars - Standard, Navigation, Convert and Table, and the users can define more of their own. The toolbars and the menu bar can be customized and moved around the application window; details on customizing the toolbars and the menus can be found in the Customization Overview.
The Convert toolbar is initially hidden, and the user can show it by selecting it from the Toolbars command of the View Menu, or from the Toolbars Page of the Customize Dialog.
The Table toolbar is locked (i.e., cannot be changed), and will automatically be shown when a PDF file is opened.
Two additional, none-customizable toolbars are used in the Word Preview and Editing area: the Validation Toolbar and the Word Preview Zoom toolbar.
