Table Layout editing

With PDF2XL OCR you can change the table layout definition in the following ways:

• Change the table area
• Change the columns area
• Merge columns
• Split columns
• Move the whole table

By default, PDF2XL OCR assigns a line for each line of text. PDF2XL OCR also has a Rows and Cells editing mode, in which you can change these defaults and more.

The table layout will be saved automatically for each document, and will be loaded when that document is loaded.
You can also use the Save Layout command to save the layout to a file, and the Open Layout command to load a layout from a file.
If you wish to copy a layout from another open document, you can use the Copy Layout to copy the layout to the clipboard, and then the Paste Layout to paste it into the document.
If you wish to copy a layout used in a different PDF file, you can use the Load from another PDF command, all of which are available from the Layout Menu.
