Predefined Fields Dialog

This dialog is used to add and remove predefined fields to the current layout; to access it, use the Predefined Fields command from the Layout menu.

The list of available fields is found on the left, and the fields that are already used in the layout are found on the right. To add fields to the layout, select them on the left list and use the >> button to move them to the Used fields list. To remove fields from the layout, select them in the used list and click the << button to return them to the available fields list.

Fields marked in Bold are available in the current document; fields marked in Italic are internal fields that PDF2XL OCR does not define itself, but are available in the current file.

Any fields that are in the Used list when the dialog is closed will be added as Once Fields to the layout.
