Offline Upgrade Page

This page allows you to select an offline method to upgrade PDF2XL OCR:

After selecting one of the methods, press <Next> for the Wizard to create the request for you.
In some cases, another step is needed in order to finish the Upgrade

Upgrade Request Method

Select Cogniview's Website to upgrade your license using the Website Upgrade method.
Select E-Mail for the Upgrade Wizard to create an Upgrade Request E-Mail for you in your E-Mail client application.
Select Fax for the Upgrade Wizard to display a message which you can print and send to cogniview by fax, displaying it in the Upgrade Fax Dialog.

Back button

The Back button will move to the Upgrade Method Page.

Next button

The Next button operation is dependent on the selected Upgrade Request Method option.
If you selected <Cogniview's Website>, the default browser will be opened to display the Upgrade License page in the Cogniview website. In some cases, you will see the Upgrade License redirection page:

In which case you will have to click on the Click Here button to upgrade your license.

If you selected <E-Mail>, the wizard will try to open the E-Mail client application and create the Upgrade Request E-Mail in it; if it succeeds, it will display the Upgraded Offline Page. If no E-Mail application is available, the Upgrade E-Mail Page will be displayed, prompting you to copy the e-mail and send it to Cogniview.
If you have selected <Fax> the Upgrade Request Fax Dialog will be displayed.
The Next button is enabled only after a selection has been made.

Cancel button

The Cancel button will cancel the Upgrade Process.

Help button

The Help button will display this help page.
