Upgrade Request Fax Dialog

This dialog shows the Upgrade Request fax:

You can use the Print button to print the fax in order to send it to Cogniview, or press the Close button to close the dialog.
Note that you can enlarge the dialog by dragging the dialog edges.

Print button

Prints the fax and closes the dialog.

Close button

Closes the dialog without printing the fax.
