Upgrading PDF2XL OCR

There are two possible upgrade types available when installing PDF2XL OCR: Version Upgrade and Product Upgrade.

Version Upgrade

If you have already installed PDF2XL OCR on your computer, and are now installing a newer version, the Welcome Step will contain an extra paragraph:

If you are upgrading the full version of PDF2XL OCR, there is a possibility that you will need to activate the product again.

Product Upgrade

If you have installed PDF2XL on your computer, and you are now installing PDF2XL OCR, the Welcome Step will contain an extra paragraph:

After upgrading the product, you may need to activate PDF2XL OCR.
