Payment Code Request Page

In this page you can select the type of help you wish to receive about the Payment Code.

If you haven't yet bought the product, you should select <I didn't purchase the product> and press <Next>, which will display the Purchase Details Page. If you have bought the product but can't find the Payment Code, select the <I purchased the product but didn't receive...> option and press <Next> to view the Payment Code Information Page.

Payment Code Request options

Select the first option to receive help about finding the Payment Code, or the second option if you haven't bought the product yet.

Back button

The Back button will move to the Payment Details Page.

Next button

The Next button will move to the Payment Code Information Page if first option is selected, or to the Purchase Details Page if the second option is selected. It is enabled only after a selection has been made.

Cancel button

The Cancel button will cancel the Activation Procedure. Note that the product cannot be used without activating it.

Help button

The Help button will display this help page.
