Create rows between column text

Here is an example for using the 'create rows between column text' layout type.

Consider the following table (already marked in the default 'create rows from text' type):

Note that there are sometimes multiple rows per record, due to the table having images in it, so each original row has about the same height, but the text inside each cell is centered vertically.

PDF2XL Enterprise allows you to automatically create the rows correctly, using the 'Create rows between column text' on the third column. Note that the row is divided in the middle of the space between each row of text in the column:
