Starting data extraction from a printed document

To extract data from a report or an application window, the user can print it to the printer named "Cogniview Printer".

This can be done by selecting the "Print..." option usually located in the File menu in each application and then selecting the "Cogniview Printer" from the list of printers as shown below:

Once the printing is done, the document will be opened in the PDF2XL Enterprise application, which will allow the user to extract the data from the printed report.

Note:

To extract data from multiple reports, the user should consider defining the "Cogniview Printer" as the default printer.
