Zoom

Allows selection of one of the pre-defined zoom sizes, which can be selected from the sub-menu. Only available when at least one document is loaded, and is set only for the current document. See also zooming.

Zoom In

Enlarges the zoom size of the current document to the next one on the list. Only available when at least one document is loaded. See also zooming.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+=.

Zoom Out

Reduces the zoom size of the current document to the previous one on the list. Only available when at least one document is loaded. See also zooming.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+-.

Fit Width

Sets the zoom size of the current document to one that will exactly fit the display window's width. Only available when at least one document is loaded. See also zooming.

Rotate Right (Clockwise)

Rotates the current page clockwise. Note that in the Scanned Document Mode, the OCR process will be performed on the rotated image and all the current words will be erased.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+=.

Rotate Left (Counter-Clockwise)

Rotates the current page counter-clockwise. Note that in the Scanned Document Mode, the OCR process will be performed on the rotated image and all the current words will be erased.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+-.

Displays the next page of the current document. Only available when at least one document is loaded.

Displays the previous page of the current document. Only available when at least one document is loaded.

Go to Page...

Used to jump directly to a specific page of the document.
Displays the Go To Page dialog.
Only available when at least one document is loaded.

Previous Table

This command will select and jump to the previous table. The current table is either the currently selected table (if there's a table selected now), or the last table that was changed in the document (in case when there is no selected table).
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+Left.

Next Table

This command will select and jump to the next table. The current table is either the currently selected table (if there's a table selected now), or the last table that was changed in the document (in case when there is no selected table).
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+Right.

OCR Mode

Toggles between working in the Scanned Document Mode or the Regular Document Mode.

Preview

Toggles the display of the Conversion Preview area.

Toolbars

Allows hiding or displaying of the PDF2XL Enterprise toolbars, both the original toolbars (standard, navigation and convert) and user-defined toolbars (if any). Each toolbar's name is displayed in the sub-menu list; visible toolbars are marked with a check-mark next to them.
To hide a visible toolbar or to show a hidden one, click on its name.
Additionally, you can open the Customize Dialog from this sub-menu to customize the menu and the toolbars.
