Managing the Table's Output
There are cases when you would wish to change the order in which tables are converted, or remove a table's column from the output. You can do this and more using the layout's Output Settings, which can be displayed instead of the preview by clicking on the Output Settings button or using the Output Settings command from the Layout menu.
When used, this command will display the Output Settings:

Note the check mark boxes next to the table names and the columns of each table. Those can be used to hide a table or a column from the output; clicking on a checked box will remove the check mark, and that table or column will not be used when converting. To restore the output, just click on the cleared box to check it again. Note that you cannot remove all the columns from a table's output - in order to ignore the table when converting, just clear the box next to its name.
Additionally, you can set the order in which tables or columns will be displayed in the output by dragging the table's name tab into a different location within the table names, or the column name to a different position within the table.
If you have fields that are converted once, you can set their conversion order or even select which fields to convert.
To return the output settings to it original state, you can use the Reset Output Settings button, located above the preview next to the Output Settings button.
