Changing Row area

To change the location of the row divider, do the following:

1. Make sure that you are in Row and Cell editing mode.
2. Place the cursor over the row border, either inside the table or on the row handles to the left of the table. The cursor will change to a two-headed arrow (as shown below):
   
3. Click the left Mouse-Button and hold it.
4. Drag the row border up or down.
5. Release the mouse-button to set the row border at the desired location.
