Status Bar

The status bar is displayed at the bottom of the application window.
Note that when the Check for Updates process is running in the background, the progress will be displayed on the right side of the status bar:

The status bar contains the following items:
The help area displays a help message about the currently selected menu item (if a menu is open) or about the toolbar button under the mouse cursor (if any).
When PDF2XL CLI is set to perform Automatic Table Detection in Background, this area will display a progress indicator of the analysis process for the current page.
Set to 'Tables' when the application is in Table Creation mode, 'Fields' when the application is in Fields Creation mode, or 'Text' when the application is in Text Selection Mode.
Double-clicking this pane will display the Selection mode menu:

Will be highlighted if the Caps lock is on.
Will be highlighted if the Num lock is on.
Will be highlighted if the Scroll lock is on.
Dragging this area will resize the application's window. Visible only when the application is not maximized.
Displays the current status and progress of the update progress; will be hidden when there's no update, or when the Updating dialog is displayed.
Double-clicking this area will restore the Updating PDF2XL CLI dialog.
