Edit Table Title Dialog

This dialog is displayed when the user selects the Edit Table Title command from the Table menu or the context menu, or on the initial creation of a table if the Ask for table name of the Conversion Settings Page is checked.

The current title of the table is displayed; changing it and pressing the OK button will change the name of the table.

The user can clear the name of the table by OKing an empty string.

If two (or more) tables in the a layout share the same title (and it's not empty), they will be converted together into a single output table.
