Opening A Document

To open a document, press the Open button and then select the file from the File Open dialog (shown below).

The File Open dialog also contains a Recent tab, which shows a list of the recently used files (as shown below)

An alternative to using the File Open dialog is dragging the file into the Drop Target area.

Note that if you have saved a layout file using the Save Layout command from the Layout menu, you can open it instead of the file you saved it from, and it will load the original file automatically and apply the layout to it.

After opening the file you should use the navigation controls to find the information you want to convert within the document.
