Navigation
You can use the navigation controls in the Navigation Toolbar (shown below) to navigate through the document and reach the data you want to extract (will be explained in detail later on in this help topic):

In addition, you can use the navigation commands from the View Menu (as shown below):

You can also use the Scroll Bar on the right hand side of the document window to scroll within a page, or between pages.
The Up, Down, Page Up and Page Down keys on the keyboard can also be used.
To go to the next page, click the Next Page button on the Page Bar, or use the Next Page command from the View Menu.
To go to the previous page, click the Previous Page button on the Page Bar, or use the Previous Page command from the View Menu.
To jump directly to a specific page, either enter the page number into the page number box on the Page Bar, or use the Go to Page... command from the View Menu.
If you know the text you wish to find, but not the page where it resides, you can use the Find Text box in the navigation toolbar. To do so, change to Text Selection mode, type the text you wish to find into the Find Text box, and press the Enter key.
Use the Zoom In , Zoom Out and Fit To Page buttons on the Navigation Toolbar to focus on the information you want to extract. Zooming in and out can be performed by using the Zoom Percent combo box . These functions can also be activated from the View Menu.
Note that when zooming in or out, PDF2XL CLI will try to keep the center of the view in the same place.
You can also use Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to zoom in and out (scroll the wheel up to zoom in, and down to zoom out).
Once you have reached the desired page, you can extract the data from it. If the data is contained in a table then click here to see how extract it. If it is textual data then click here to see how to extract it.
