Merge Rows

To merge rows do the following:

1. Make sure that you are in Row and Cell editing mode.
2. Select the one of the rows you want to merge by clicking on the handle of the row (as shown below):
   
3. Select the other rows you wish to merge by holding down the <Shift> key and clicking on them (as shown below):
   
   Note that you can also press the mouse button over the first row you want to merge, then move the mouse to the last row you want to merge without releasing the mouse button. This will select all the rows between them.
4. Right click on one of the selected rows and select Merge from the menu (as shown below):
