File Menu

Used to open a new PDF file for display.
This command displays the Open File dialog.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+O.
This command is not available when the application is in Managed Mode.
Closes the currently displayed PDF file. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded.
Note that you can use the Windows command in the Window Menu to display a different open PDF file without closing the current one (if you display the open files in maximized mode).
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+F4.
This command is not available when the application is in Managed Mode.
Used to print the currently displayed PDF file. Only available when at least one PDF file is loaded and is not available for printed documents.
This command displays the Print dialog.
Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+P.
This command is not available when the application is in Managed Mode.
A list of up to 8 most recently opened PDF files. Selecting one of them will open that file, or display it if it is already loaded.
The recent files list will not be available when the application is in Managed Mode.
Closes the PDF2XL CLI application and all the loaded PDF files.
Shortcut: Alt+F4.
