Note that this menu is not available when the application is in Managed Mode.

Excel

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into an Excel sheet in a new workbook according to the layout, and displays it in Excel. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.

Note: if Excel is not installed on your computer, this command will fail.

Excel File...

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into an Excel sheet in a new workbook according to the layout, and saves it to a file. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
If the settings define that the user should be asked about the Excel file's name, the Save As... dialog will be displayed.
If the Open File after Conversion setting is on, the file will be opened in Excel after the conversion.

Word

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into a Word document according to the layout, and displays it in Word. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.

Word File...

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into a new Word document according to the layout, and saves it to a file. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
If the settings define that the user should be asked about the Word file's name, the Save As... dialog will be displayed.
If the Open File after Conversion setting is on, the file will be opened in Word after the conversion.

Powerpoint

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into a Powerpoint document according to the layout, and displays it in Powerpoint. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
Each page in the original document will be converted into a slide in the new Powerpoint document.

Note: if Powerpoint and Word are not installed on your computer, this command will fail.

Powerpoint File...

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into a new Powerpoint document according to the layout, and saves it to a file. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
Each page in the original document will be converted into a slide in the new Powerpoint document.
If the settings define that the user should be asked about the Powerpoint file's name, the Save As... dialog will be displayed.
If the Open File after Conversion setting is on, the file will be opened in Powerpoint after the conversion.

OpenDocument Spreadsheet...

Converts the contents of the current document into a new OpenDocument spreadsheet file according to the layout. Only available when the current document has a layout marked.
If the settings define that the user should be asked about the output file's name, the Save As... dialog will be displayed.
If the Open File after Conversion setting is on, and an application is available to display OpenOffice files, the file will be opened in it after the conversion. However, the file will be created even if not such application is found.

CSV File...

Converts the contents of the current PDF file into a new CSV file according to the layout. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
If the settings define that the user should be asked about the CSV file's name, the Save As... dialog will be displayed.
If the Open File after Conversion setting is on, and an application is available to display CSV files, the file will be opened in it after the conversion. However, the file will be created even if not such application is found.

Clipboard

Converts the contents of the selected layout of the current PDF file into the clipboard as a tab-delimited text. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.

Clipboard as Excel Sheet

Converts the contents of the selected layout of the current PDF file into the clipboard as an Excel sheet. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.
Note: if Excel is not installed on your computer, this command will fail.

Clipboard as Word Table

Converts the contents of the selected layout of the current PDF file into the clipboard as a Word table. Only available when the current PDF file has a layout marked.

Note: if Word is not installed on your computer, this command will fail. Additionally, if there too many columns or data in the selected layout, this command will fail as Word doesn't support very big tables.
