Defining field conversion properties

Every field's conversion format can be determined before it is converted. This can be done by right clicking the field and selecting the required conversion format from the Field Format sub menu. This can also be done by selecting the field and choosing the conversion format from the Conversion Format sub menu of the Selection menu.

In addition, you can determine whether the field will be exported once, for every page or for every table row, or with a specific table only. You should use this feature according to the way you plan to use the data in the Excel sheet.

For instance, let's assume that in the file shown below, the field 'Invoice #' changes from page to page and the field 'Bill To' is constant throughout the file:

In this case, we would like the 'Invoice #' to be exported for every table line and the 'Bill To' field to be exported only once (as shown below):

To control how a field is converted, right click the field and choose from the In Conversion, Show Field sub menu, or from the In Conversion, Show Field sub menu of the Selection menu.
