Edit Column Heading Dialog

This dialog is displayed when the user selects the Edit Column Heading command from the Selection menu, or on the initial creation of a field if the Ask for fields name of the Conversion Settings Page is checked.

The current heading of the field or column (if any) is displayed; changing it and pressing the OK button will change the field or column heading.

The user can clear the heading of the field by OKing an empty heading.
