Multiple tables
One of the most helpful features of Eudi is the option to mark multiple tables. In a lot of documents there are more than one table on a page, and you may want to convert them at the same time.
Using the regular Single Table mode, Eudi only allow marking a single table on each page; while you have one or more tables marked, you will not be able to mark more. However, in Multiple Tables mode you are able to mark more then one table.
When you convert a document with more than one table, either on the same page, or if you have specified that the document has Multiple Page Layouts (where each table is considered different), Eudi will not combine the data of the tables, rather put each table on its own in the converted data. If you are converting into Excel, you may specify that you wish to Convert into multiple sheets in the Conversion Settings Page of the Settings dialog, in which case each table will be converted into a different sheet. If you are converting into Word, each table will be converted into a different Word table.
However, if you do wish to combine two tables, you are able to do that using the table's title. Two tables that have the same title will be combined in the conversion and will appear together, both when converting into a single sheet, and when converting into multiple sheets. Information about setting the table title is available here.
One additional feature of Eudi is the copying of table layouts. After selecting and copying a table layout, you can then paste it anywhere in the document (or even on other documents), and the table layout will be copied exactly. You can then drag it to the proper location.
