Document Control Menu
The document's control menu is displayed when the user clicks the document icon in the Menu Bar.
The following commands are available via this menu:
Restores the document window to its previous size (valid only when the document window minimized or maximized).
Changes the mouse cursor to the Move cursor  and places it on the document's Caption Bar. The user can then use the mouse to drag the document window to a new position (by clicking the caption bar and dragging it) or by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
To exit the Move mode, release the mouse button or press <Enter> on the keyboard.
Valid only when the document window is not minimized or maximized.
Changes the mouse cursor to the Resize cursor and places it on the middle of the document. The user can then use the mouse to change the documents window size by dragging the Resize Area to a new position or by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
To exit the Size mode, release the mouse button or press <Enter> on the keyboard.
Valid only when the document window is not minimized or maximized.
Minimizes the document window.
Maximizes the document window so it covers all the application window.
Closes the document.
Makes the next document window the current document window. Only valid when there's more then one document loaded.
