Conversion Save As... Dialog

The Save As... dialog is displayed when the user elects to convert a table into a new file (Excel, Word or CSV), and have set the application to ask for a filename in the Conversion Settings Page.
The user should enter the file name for the new Excel, Word or CSV file and press the Save button to continue.

The user can cancel the conversion operation by clicking the Cancel button.
