I'm trying to decide and after evaluating over 15 different email marketing providers I've narrowed it down to MailChimp and Aweber. Both have robust services. Aweber seems to be more historically established and they have instant chat support. MailChimp seems to have the best documentation, including video tutorials, amazing stats apps, flexible templates, and to be constantly adding features.
