3 Simple and Powerful Techniques Management Can Use to Encourage Enterprise Blogging

Web 2.0 technologies are surprisingly slow in penetrating businesses. It is becoming clear that knowledge sharing (blogging for example) can be effectively introduced within a company only with the active support of management.

Management needs to do the right things–primarily because management has limited time. Wasting management’s time on low-yielding activities will cause them to lose interest.     Carriers (bosses) of creative ideas should be more dynamic. some may not even encash “E=mc2 ” if it is supplied by subordinates. please quote blogs towards carriers if you can.
