Ron Crystal is a leader in the software sector, with 35 years of expertise in Enterprise System solutions. Ron had served as the CIO of leading institutions in the financial and government sectors in Israel.
Foreseeing the Y2K issue, Ron founded Crystal Systems in 1993, building the company from ground level to a $350 million NASDAQ-traded public company.
Ron serves as an active chairman at Cogniview, with continuous contribution in every aspect of the company's operations and strategy.

With more than 20 years in the software industry, Yinon has a successful track record of management, strategic planning, and execution of global sales and marketing initiatives. Yinon has held executive positions in leading software companies operating on five continents.
Prior to managing Cogniview, Yinon was senior Vice President at BluePhoenix Solution (NASDAQ: BPHX) managing worldwide marketing activities and sales operations in Europe. Before BluePhoenix, Yinon held various sales and marketing management positions at the Formula Group and at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

Smadar Ben Gigi heads Cogniview's Customer Service department. Smadar has heavy experience in customer service and support, and is leading the customer interaction activities in Cogniview to maximize customer satisfaction. Before joining Cogniview, Smadar held an administrative customer service position in one of the country's largest legal firms, where she supervised international operations. Smadar also held a senior position in the Israeli army where she was decorated for innovative initiatives in the field of Human Resources management.

Yoav Ezer is a veteran technologist with substantial experience in software development and algorithms. Yoav has a successful track record in recognizing user needs and supplying software solutions that fully satisfy those needs. Yoav is one of Cogniview's founders and is responsible for Cogniview's technological strategy and vision. Prior to Cogniview, Yoav was CEO of Nocturnus, a software company focused on the delivery of technology-centered software solutions. Yoav has held several technological and methodological positions in MAMRAM (The Israeli Army Computer Corp.).
